The Dolomites are dramatic, jagged peaks rising sharply against alpine skies. In summer, meadows of wildflowers sweep between the cliffs, and high passes reveal vast valleys, quiet lakes, and trails where light changes constantly with the clouds. Winter transforms the mountains into a stark, snow‑covered landscape, where silence and scale dominate.

Tuscany offers a gentler contrast. Rolling hills, vineyards, and cypress‑lined roads stretch under warm sunlight, punctuated by medieval towns and farmhouses. The region is defined by its textures and colors—the ochres of stone walls, the greens of fields, and the soft haze of distance that makes every panorama feel like a painting.

Photographing these regions means capturing extremes: the rugged, towering Dolomites and the soft, cultivated rhythm of Tuscany, each offering a distinct sense of place.
